Join Certified Personal Trainer Cathy Lang, as she leads you through a workout combining her 30+ years of experience in strength and conditioning while combining what she has learned as a Life Stretch® Instructor and through JOGA® training. The workout includes fascial stretch therapy for increased functional mobility, synchronize breath work, movement and the use of traction to create space in your joints and traditional strength exercises. We say this is 'better than yoga' because this is not stretching it is training. We help you effectively combat dormant butt syndrome and other imbalances that limit progress toward your physical goals. The 30 minute format is designed to give you an effective workout you can incorporate into your already busy schedule.
